QUESTION: Why is there no login on the Welcome / Home page?
Answer: The HOA and Board are required to password protect personal contact information of occupants as well as HOA Business. Therefore the only time you will be required to enter the Homeowners password is when you access pages having that protected information. Currently that is the HOA Member page and pages under it.
The Board will provide a password to each Homeowner.

Answer: A non-owner resident/occupant is a person legally residing in a unit that is neither a lessee or owner, e.g. a family member.

Answer: No. There is only a Directory by Unit. Additional help-When you open the Directory for viewing, e.g. in Adobe Reader, you can do a FIND by pressing the Ctrl and F keys simultaneously, then enter the value you are looking for in the search box, and click Next.

If you don't see the xfinitywifi hotspot in your list of available wireless networks you may want to contact your cable company to determine if your subscription plan qualifies you. Time Warner also has a wifi hotspot available. Cable company's are frequently expanding services including their wireless networks.
